I interned for nine weeks at an IT company as part of my HSC Professional Development. From the HR to the Finance department, I've shadowed several professionals and learnt many soft and hard skills, including but not limited to good communication, appropriate body language, recruitment skills, presentation skills, emailing ethics, valuable Excel skills, and document management.
